Paperwork All paperwork must be completed and handed in prior to the start of tryouts. Since this is a fall season, everyone will be expected to submit a packet with all of the required forms correctly filled out. If forms are not filled out completely or are not submitted, students will not be allowed to tryout until the coaching staff is given them.

Paperwork Cont’d All Incoming Freshman – The entire packet should be filled out completely and submitted on the first day of tryouts Incoming 10 th -12 th Grade Students – If you have played/tried out for a sport, you do not need to complete the Notary form If you have never tried out for a Chariho Sport in High School, you must also complete the Notary Form.

Tryouts Tryouts begin Monday August 17 th. Practice times and preseason schedule is posted on the team website. The first practice session is 8:00-11:00 a.m. Players are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to submit paperwork, set up equipment and be ready to physically start practice at 8:00 am. Promptly.

Tryouts Cont’d Expectations of tryouts: 1.Bring PLENTY OF WATER 2.Eat a well balanced meal before practice 3.Be prepared to exert a lot of physical energy. 4.Plan to do some mild-moderate exercise from now through the start of tryouts. 5.Get out and start playing 6.There are a lot of girls that have been playing, and those who have and haven't will be noticeable. There have been times when stuents have gotten sick/Light headed for different reaons, so try to prepare your bodies for this physically demanding week/season.

Schedule August tryout/Preseason schedule is currently located on team website. The schedule is located on www.riil.org.www.riil.org Complete practice/match schedule will be posted prior to the start of Tryouts. The program runs Monday-Saturday, with occasional practices on Sunday afternoon. – This includes practices, matches, and tournaments

Practices/Matches/Tournaments Practice Days – J.V. Immediately after school – Varsity 4:00-6:30 Match Days – J.V. 4:45 – Varsity 6:30 Weekend Practices – Times will range between the Saturday morning hours. These times are subject to change at the discretion of the coaching staff.

Expecations of the Team Players are expected to be at all practices, matches, and other team events. Players are expected to approach practices and matches with the willingness to make the TEAM as successful as possible Decisions made by coaches are mad with the TEAM in mind, and NOT any one player.
