3. 3 JSC «DBK-LEASING» the Subsidiary of JSC «Development Bank of Kazakhstan» (DBK)  DBK-Leasing was founded in September, 2005 in accordance with DBK Board of Directors decree with a view to broaden the range of provided facilities and create new models of investment projects finance in the framework of industrial policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mission of DBK-Leasing : to set the stage for upgrading the fixed assets of Kazakhstan enterprises, dynamic policy-making in the area of investment into start-up of new enterprises. Goals of DBK-Leasing :  to improve and enhance the efficiency of the state investment policy in the area of leasing;  to develop manufacturing industry, industrial and transport infrastructure;  to cooperate with development institutions in attraction and placement of foreign and domestic investments in the national economy. Tasks of DBK-Leasing:  medium-term and long-term lease financing for investment projects (from 3 to 20 years);  lease financing stimulation of industrial sector of Republic of Kazakhstan by cofinancing with other financial institutions;  Improving mechanisms of lease financing of investment projects realized by Government of Republic of Kazakhstan.
