URL Tagging
2
What is URL Tagging? URL tagging is a system of building URL file paths with campaign Source, Medium, Name, Term, or content. You can set these URLs to test and track the success of links you are sharing with leads. From regular emails, to PDF downloads, to links on third party websites it allows us to check how successful our efforts are in bringing traffic back to websites.
3
How does it work? Google Analytics Tracks where visitors come from if you give them a specific URL File Path build to track any number of elements within a marketing campaign. From visits through the built URL we can track visitor behavior and engagement.

Next Steps I need everyone to send me the form emails you send to families. I am looking for every form email you send on behalf of Trails Carolina, along with your signature link. I will build URLs for each of you and within a seven day period we can track to see how effective your correspondence is with your leads. Send form emails today, and signature URLs, I will have tracking reports ready for next weeks meeting.
