General Information Scope of Work (SOW) Sections are based on CFLHD P3 Activities Files are named to correspond to the P3 activity A/E Consultants will now be responsible for writing subsequent Task Orders SOW Sections and the Standard Template are located on the CFLHD Website: http://www.cflhd.gov/resources/pm/index.cfm

Scope of Work Assembly Open the Standard Template and save the file to correspond to the Task Order number (e.g. - to55sow.doc)

Scope of Work Assembly (cont.) Cut and Paste the required P3 activity SOW Sections into the outline Insert sections so they follow the logical progression of P3 activities (B2, B3, B4, etc.)

Scope of Work Assembly (cont.) Change the highlighted sections throughout to be project specific Add project specific activities to each section as required and highlight to be apparent Complete the Deliverables Section

Scope of Work Assembly (cont.) Obtain Estimate Spreadsheet and complete necessary heading information Fill in the work activities from the SOW Submit draft SOW and Spreadsheet to FHWA COTR

Recent Changes New Format to Estimate Spreadsheet Some P3 Activities have been separated within the estimate spreadsheet for tracking purposes Separate estimate sheet that is pre-formatted for CFLHD use Does not allow changes/deletions within estimate spreadsheet Do not change column headings (personnel)
