Google Documents (this does require a Google Account) create a new spreadsheet GETTING STARTED

using the “SAVE” button to give your spreadsheet a name Naming the spreadsheet is all YOU have to do. The students responses will become the content of the spreadsheet. CREATING A SPREADSHEET

with your spreadsheet named, you will next want to create a FORM CREATING A FORM

add a new item (question) change the theme (background) don’t forget to save your changes name the assignment provide directions for students choose your question type edit the question you may want to check this box on each question to keep students from accidentally submitting their work prematurely EDITING THE FORM

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS create a text question for students to type in their name create a multiple choice question for students to select their class this will make it easier to sort your results by classes

your form can be edited, changed, or updated at any time the changes will appear instantly give your assignment a different look or feel by using a theme MODIFICATIONS

view your assignment as a webpage your students will need the link to access the assignment PUBLISHING THE FORM

as students complete the assignment, their responses will instantly appear in your spreadsheet RECIEVING STUDENT RESPONSES
