Consult21 IMWG www.btwholesale.com Recap Pre-migration scheduling project Consultation C21-IM-030 completed on the 7 th January 08 4 CPs in total responded to the BT consultation Summary provided at the 17 th January IMWG Classifications proposal discussed with CPs and feedback taken Proposal to focus on Cardiff Unit’s C & D in Pathfinder so that a tactical pre-migration solution can be devised for “inclusive network led” migrations Further work / definition required on voluntary migrations and its total impact on pre-migration

Consult21 IMWG www.btwholesale.com Summary of the CP notification requirements All migrating Products with focus on: PSTN, ISDN2 & ISDN30 Tactical solution via excel spreadsheet Strategic solution via 21CN Migration portal Customer specific data provided: service / DN / Customer name, address, SAC code/ DLE & Conc. 1141 codes Data to be automated and provided on a “real-time” basis Pre-migration method to be made explicit Start date, end date, start time, end times to be provided Final notification by PEW 14 days out 90 days out (12 weeks): Week commencing date 45 days out (6 weeks) Actual pre- Migration date Tactical solution may be ring fenced to the remainder of Pathfinder Service type to be made explicit Only notification of customers that are affected by pre-migration All data formats to be agreed with CPs Expected customer Impact / outage Information to be provided 30 days out (4 weeks) Final confirmation of pre-migration date Capability to change,/ negotiate dates based on customer type & delta between 45 - 30 day notification

Consult21 IMWG www.btwholesale.com CP summary of ‘out of hours’ consultation All works to be schedule out of hours 00:01 – 06:00 (requires further analysis on a case by case basis per customer contract) Non-intrusive worked can be scheduled in “normal hours” on the condition that if it were found to impact customers that this would need to be reviewed Any work scheduled within “normal” hours must guarantee that no calls in progress are cut off Other requirements Capability to change planned dates for certain critical / sensitive customers Capability to change planned dates based on any major date delta between the notice periods 21CN migration portal to be used as the medium for sharing the pre- migration operational related data 21CN migration portal access to be provided to CP customers
