Accomplishments RAC Mentoring Program Guidelines ◦Developed guidance with a checklist for mentors and mentees ◦July 2014 Your Role in RAC: A Foundation for Best Practices session ◦Identified topics, questions, and discussion leaders ◦July 21, 2014 Representation on the Following Initiatives: ◦Ahead of the Curve ◦FHWA Research 101 Course

Goals and Activities Goals Add new members and increase active participation in Task Force Initiatives Strive to get a Fact Sheet for all of the State DOT’s posted on the SCOR/RAC website Develop definitions for Task Force membership (i.e. member, friend, associate member, not-voting member, etc.) Evaluate the name of the Task Force – should it be changed?
