2. Profile: Julio Cesar Tulande Rengifo I have a bachelor degree in Modern Languages English and French from Universidad del Cauca - graduated in 2001. I hold a specialization degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) from Universidad Santiago de Cali - graduated in 2009. I graduated from the Masters of Arts with Specialization in Online Education at UNAD Florida in 2014. I also hold different certificates and qualifications in online language teaching and learning. The student is able to identify basic characteristics concerning main tendencies, methods and trends in the process of language teaching and learning. Purposes Develop an understanding of language and meaning from a theoretical point of view in relation with the process of teaching and learning first and second language. Make us of ICT in order to get a better information of the changes that take place in our brains when we are learning a new language.
