AN ASSESMENT OF ADVISORY ACTIVITIES Introduction 1.Advisory activities are boom of the present time. These activities are the main goal of special advisory firms providing professional counseling in certain interesting area (agriculture, health, rights, …). 2.These firms have researched several methods for evaluation of Advisory Service results and reengineering. 3.This second part of our presentation shows an existence a very efficient method for advisory activities evaluation. This method is founded on such new conceptions as Standard Advisory Case (SAC) and Real Advisory Case (RAC). 4.Each of SAC type depicts a certain string of advisory processes with determined a final expense. Every standard advisory process has a different individual expense. 5.Unlike of the SAC its each RAC can be completed by an auxiliary process, as for example: starting, cancelling, resuming and ending process. This reflects a real progress of each real advisory case.

Conception of SAC and RAC Definition RAC by means of SAC If G RAC G SAC then RAC is a trivial instance of SAC If subgraph G RAC G SAC then RAC is a regular instance of SAC G RAC ….. isomorfism of two graphs G SAC Any instance of RAC for selected associated SAC is acceptable by every advisory firm when: 1. RAC is structurally correct 2. RAC is a trivial or a regular instance of associated SAC 3. Expense of RAC is consistent with SAC’s expense
