7. Release Fee When land is released for the first time a Release Fee is paid by the user to the Crown. The Release Fee is calculated based on the incremental or windfall profit to the user for gaining exclusive use of the land.

8. Phase In Parks Canada has put forward the option of a three year phase in to transition us to the new Land Rent System based on a 42 year lease.
