Working Group Basics Attendance No requirement to attend WG meetings Any member that misses two consecutive face- to-face meetings Will not count for determining a quorum May vote in telephone conferences Will be reinstated upon attending a f-2-f meeting Missing four consecutive meetings converts to observer

9. Working Group Basics Meeting behavior No commercial topics. All members are afforded adequate opportunity to present views. Confine discussions to safety, technical, and engineering factors. No conversations “off the record” at a meeting. Meetings We pick our schedule – can be all phone, or zero to many face-to-face meetings.
