Objectives Hire a good local commercial filming crew. Create better website. Get advertisement on internet and newspapers Find local charities to work with.

Audience Retired couples in their 50’s to 60’s. Large families.

Strategies & Tactics Look up and call in for advertising. Talk to local companies and seek their advise.

Calendar Take three to six months. Figure out budget. Month 1: Hire Advertisement. Month 2: Fix up website with virtual tour and put up the “guaranteed promise.” Month 3-6: Get involve in charities and have commercial on air.

Budget $6,000 for commercial and other advertisement. $200 for someone to do the virtual tour.

Evaluation I will use telephone, internet, etc. Hopefully everything will go through.
