3. Still, when disaster strikes and floods or fire destroy homes and lives, people become one.

4. This is due to tolerance. It defies fear and helplessness in the toughest moments

5. There is tolerance in Romania too. Through donating blood, people help save lives.

6. As an example during the summer of 2014, Romania dealt with a severe blood crisis. The hospitals made a national call via mass- media, encouraging people to donate.

7. In order to increase the number of donators, the authorities introduced new blood donation centers. Romanians responded positively.

8. With this motto, countless institutions and even industries have informed employees about the importance of donating blood. This makes people feel united.

9. Before donating blood, tests are run. They inform you whether or not your blood is healthy or even “special” (some blood types are more rare than others)
