MUSICCOMMENTATOR  A system that generates possible comments on appropriate positions in a music clip.  Draws data from Niconico videos.  Purpose is to help novice users with suggesting suitable comments at certain parts of music videos  Mainly for predicting a videos comments to help and encourage music/video creators
