WHO WE ARE Founded in 1992; established as a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit agency in 1993 (operating for 22 years) Original focus was serving low-income people living with disabilities, but expanded to serve anyone w/ a disability in need Provide services primarily in San Antonio, but will serve anyone in TX Serve between 1200-1500 people each year Receive an average of $600,000 in donated DME each year (approximately 3100 items) Oldest and largest DME reuse agency in Texas

Local Government Grants City of San Antonio – General Funds Bexar County – General Funds University Health System – CareLink, the County’s financial assistance program to access healthcare services for Bexar County residents w/out private or public health insurance
