2. Running of the course  To be held at the Le Strange Hotel: Hunstanton  On Saturdays in 11Jan/ 1Feb/8 March 2014.  Cost £100/day/delegate.  3 day course.

3. Aims and objectives  Course to facilitate the development of Associate Trainers, who can feel confident in training Foundation year 2 doctors and GP Trainees.  Skills taught:  -Identification of the trainee learning needs  -Looking at ways of fulfilling those needs  -Learning how to do assessments effectively e.g., CBD’s/COTS/Mini CEX

4. Pre course survey  Thoughts from the attendees:  Ideas around education.  Concerns about becoming educators.  Expectations from becoming educators.  Reflection on :good educational experience/poor educational experience.  What do you hope to achieve by the end of the course.
