5.   What could the Three Little Pigs want in the court case?  What could the Big Bad Wolf’s defense be? Court Case Questions

6.   Are there any witnesses?  What could each side use as evidence?

7.   What would the judge/jury most likely say? Remember they only need in a civil trial to prove it was most likely the fault of the defendant (The Big Bad Wolf)?

8.  Divide into 7 Groups Each Group will need a historian and an artist. The Historian will recount what happened in the trial complete with evidence and jury conversation. The Artist will be responsible for designing the poster that will be displayed in the hallway. Every group member will be responsible for deciding what type of court case, providing evidence and creating the steps of the court case.

9.  After your group has been decided come get a fairy tale!

10.   If it is a criminal case, it needs a prosecution.  The Prosecution is always the State/Federal government so use. ___________v. Story Tale Kingdom  If it is a civil case, it is a plaintiff and defendant.  Use names  Ex: Three Little Pigs v. The Big Bad Wolf. Reminders:
