(The Liberator) Fredrick Douglass – Escaped from slavery – Spoke to white people about slavery Sojourner Truth – Spoke about slavery and womens rights Sarah and Angelina Grimke: – daughters of a slave owner in S. Carolina spoke out against slavery.
