4 Legislative Branch Who: Congress, which is composed of two parts. Click the arrow continue

5 House of Representatives Composed of 435 members. The amount of representatives from each state is based on the state’s population. Representatives serve a two year term with the potential to be re-elected. Click the arrow continue

6 Senate Composed of 100 elected members 2 Senators per state Senators serve a six year term with the potential to be re- elected. Click the arrow continue
