3 3 Branches of Government Both the Texas and the United States governments are set up around 3 distinct branches. These 3 branches of government are: Executive, Judicial, and Legislative. In your spiral or on a blank piece of paper, complete the following sentence, “The 3 branches of government are like…” using one of the following analogies or one of your own. 3 ring circus A football team A musical band 3-part machine Make a drawing of your analogy and label the comparisons. For example, you will need to label what part of the band represents the executive branch and then explain why it represents the executive branch.
