3 10/1-11/30 : CSU Application period 8/1-11/30: UC Application period 9/8 – 11/30: Community College Application period 10/09: Community College Application Workshop 10/07, 6:00 pm in library: CSU Mentor Application Workshop 9/21, and 9/22 3:00 pm in LLH : UC Application Workshops/Personal Statement SIGN UP FOR THESE WORKSHOPS IN THE COUNSELING CENTER College Application Workshops

4 MORE WORKSHOPS…..  10/07 @ 3:00: Common Application Workshop in the LLH  Refer to supplemental packet

5 Take the ACT, SAT, and SAT Subject tests through Dec 2015 for four-year schools Research requirements for schools you are interested in attending Our school code: 050628

6 THE “EDGE” SAT PREP COURSE September 21, 23, 28 & Sept. 30 5:30-8:00 pm Sign up in the counseling center by Sept. 11

7  Update your resume! You will need it for scholarship applications  When requesting a letter of recommendation, include resume and letter of recommendation request form  Give 4 weeks for letter to be completed

10 FAFSA (FINANCIAL AID) Apply for a PIN before January FAFSA Workshop: January 11, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the Library Apply at www.fafsa.ed.gov starting January 1 st

11 Scholarship portfolio due to Mrs. Wilson by December 4th

12 Check FASTweb, Collegeboard, CNEC website, and National Scholarship Website for scholarship opportunities Bronco bulletin available starting in October

13  Stay involved in clubs, church, sports, and academics  Refer to CNEC website for college visitations  Continue college visits!
