We have mentors assigned to new hires once they have started, and there is project level training provided as needed. CNA encourages employees to stay abreast of new technology within the company by sending them to internal training sessions. Ongoing Education CNA offers tuition re-imbursement for classes you take related to your role or business CNA will pay for certifications which are applicable to your role (MCSE, PMI, etc.)
