If the number you are rounding is followed by a 5,6,7,8, or 9 then you round the number up. ex: 41.8 would round up to 42 If the number you are rounding is followed by a 0,1,2,3, or 4 then the number stays the same. Ex: 41.3 would round to 41 Rules for Rounding

When you say “Percent” you are really saying “per 100” To convert a percent to a decimal, you move the decimal point two places to the left. To convert decimal to a percent, you move the decimal point two places to the right. Percents
