Essential Actions for all  Register your details into the D9600 Database  Ensure that your email program can receive emails from our Google Group. rotaryd9600-presidents@googlegroups.com  Check that your club Secretary’s system is also setup rotary-d9600-secretaries@googlegroups.com  Advise the Webmaster of any club or personal corrections necessary.  Do not assume that others sent your info to District correctly !!.

3. Registering into the D9600 Data Base  Why ? To ensure you have access to all D9600 documentation at all times.  Allows you to search for other club members within the District for easy contacts.  Use your tablet or smartphone from anywhere anytime !!  Allows other Rotarians to access your contact and business details.  Allows you to include your business classification details for others to locate. Great networking between members.  This database is restricted to active Rotarians in D9600 only.

6. It is important to note that the next step in the approval process is validated manually to ensure all users are verified District Rotarians. You need to wait until you receive a confirmation email before you can do any more than register your details at this next step

9. Using The Members Database on a mobile phone or tablet When logging in select Mobile Members Login  When logging in select Mobile Members Login

10. The next screen will allow you to search the Database, for business types, phone or email directly from the screen

13. A click onto the name on left automatically generated the ensuing email
