Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams. Strong oral and written communications skills. Ability to manage multiple activities at a time. Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success. To make sure IT environment in Rotiboy Group is secured from any unwanted security breach. 4. To ensure Rotiboy Group network connectivity & stability so that there will be interruption in data transmission, down time in office, outlet operations. 5. However, applicants with baker background or experience in commercial food preparation will have an advantage. Full time/Part time. Be prepared to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The hours may be irregular. Critical Skills & Knowledge Technical Production and Processing: Knowledge of handling frozen dough. Memorize all processes and procedures of production of every product according to Rotiboy standard operating procedure Machinery knowledge: Determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job. Food critic: Inspect and evaluate the quality of products. High productivity: Multitasking in kitchen work.
