8. What to do if… You are absent… Check the assignment book and the makeup folder for any handouts. Get notes from a friend or from the class web page. If your printer runs out of ink or otherwise fails to function… Email your work to me @ stalnakerk@maccray.k12.mn.us

9. Late work! Absolutely no work will be accepted late. If you are absent due to illness you have 2 days for each missed day to make up your work. If you are gone for a school event or personal/family event you must get your work ahead of time. The assignment will be due on the regular due date.

10. Can I redo an assignment? Yes! If you are not happy with a grade you received on an essay or other writing assignment you may rewrite it and resubmit it for a better grade. You must talk to me first and your revisions must show substantial changes to the piece of writing.

11. What supplies do I need? 3 ring binder (1 inch to 1&1/2 inches) 4 tabbed dividers Pens and pencils Paper for the binder 2 different colored highlighters Small stickie notes
