Your CV No more than two pages Sell yourself, but don’t go over the top - never lie Include all work experience - emphasise skills rather than duties Make it up-to-date Be creative - layout can make all the difference Write about hobbies, interests, people and community involvement Evidence of leadership potential should be hi-lighted - e.g. office bearing, sports team captain, work supervisor, prefect etc Proof read, proof read, proof read!

The Placement Process Positions will be advertised on the website throughout first semester - www.rgu.ac.uk/abs (follow the links for Job Marketspace) www.rgu.ac.uk/abs Students should write a letter of application, attach it to their CV and submit this to the Placement Office by the closing date for forwarding to the Company. Interviews will usually be arranged through the Placement Office (check your e-mail daily)
