I knew it was comin’ from this away and I was ‘fraid it was yall’s place, so I run in and told my pa, and him and me we come on up here over an hour ago”. This quote/character support shows the theme because it shows that Jeremy wants to be friends with the Logan’s and he helps fight the fire for over and hour to show that he only want friendship.
