3 Options in Choosing  Short term After 14-21 day waiting period Just enough to get person back to work Pays 2-3 years  Long term “Guaranteed renewable” ○ Can and will be renewed every year BUT the insurer can and will change the policy; very expensive

4 Continued  Non-cancelable Can’t be canceled by the insurer (unless premiums not paid) and premium & benefits stay the same
