Logon to MyDI. Please note you must be an authorized user in order to order the TurboTax Affiliate Program. If you are not and do not know who is please contact customer service. Clients that are not set up as Authorized contacts may follow the processes below to become an authorized contact. Please print the form on company letterhead and fax to Digital Insight Customer Service. https://www.diclientsite.com/support/authorized_contact_form.html.

You should be directed to a page describing the TurboTax product and the print, next and cancel buttons should be at the bottom right hand side of your screen. If you see your homepage then please go to the sales menu on the left and click on order new product or view ordered products. Please note: Returning FIs select ‘view ordered products.’

Once you are in your ordered products click on the ‘Website Tax Service’ Product to begin re enrollment.

Product Implementation Screen: Click TurboTax Enrollment, which will take you to the enrollment form.

Complete the Implementation form. All fields are required and once form has been submitted no changes to the discount or revenue share selection can be made. If DI hosts your website you will be asked to show us where you want the TurboTax banners by using our Placement Chooser Tool.

Once you hit save changes the tool will close and you will go back to the form. You will see that a location has been selected and the option to add another location is available. You can add up to 3 placements; we recommend the homepage, the Internet Banking logon page and if you have a tax center or another high traffic location.

Once you have submitted your form you can go to View Open Incidents to verify that DI received your request. If the form was received you will see the product for Website Tax Services listed in your open incidents. If you click the incident number- you can see the status.

Banner Placement Tool Select Yes if DI hosts your site Click on Choose Placement- a new internet window should open up.

Banner Selector Tool Instructions Select your banner size Hit preview (you will then see your webpage with the banner. Now you can move the banner to your desired location Hit ‘save changes’ Once back in the web form you can add another placement Desired webpage where TurboTax Banner will be Move box to desired place on page
