6 Primary and Complementary Evaluators Who, in your building/district, could be a primary evaluator? (identify by title) –For how many teachers would s/he be responsible? Who could be a complementary evaluator? (identify by title) –For how many teachers could s/he be responsible? Where do you expect considerable capacity issues during the first 2-3 years? (grade level, content area, etc) How can these capacity issues be addressed?

12 Current Communication Educator evaluation home page Commissioner Gist’s weekly field memo updates to superintendents Periodic direct emails from Commissioner Gist to principals Periodically present evaluation information to stakeholder groups, such as RIASCD, RISCA, RIASP, ARIASE Public forums in August and November EdEval@ride.ri.gov
