11. Points to Remember when sending Attachments Format - PC or MAC –Sometimes this is an issue –Not a problem with the new programs (ie, Word 97/98) Size –Most ISPs dont allow attachments larger than 3 Mbs

12. Receiving Attachments At the bottom of the letter is the attachment Click on it to detach/save or drag it off to your desk top
