7 6 © 2011, SOLVAY SA NV SOLVAY TRP - Group Procurement Network SOLVAY: Safety And Quality Assessment Clause OWNERS AGREE THAT ALL VESSELS PERFORMING UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL HAVE BEEN INSPECTED BY ACCREDITED INSPECTORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTION INSTITUTE (CDI) SHIP INSPECTION SYSTEM IN THE THIRTEEN (13) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE VESSEL BEING OFFERED TO CHARTERER, OR THAT ALL VESSELS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION UNDER THE CDI SYSTEM UPON CHARTERER'S REQUEST. IN EITHER EVENT, OWNER WILL ENSURE THAT THE RESULTING INSPECTION REPORT IS MADE AVAILABLE IN FULL TO CHARTERER UPON REQUEST. OWNER AGREES TO MODIFY OR CORRECT ANY SAFETY OR OPERATING ITEMS OR PROCEDURES FOUND BY CHARTERERS AS DEFICIENCIES.
