5 External Solution Separate the mail ● Standard: Tier 1 (Local NDC Turnaround) Tier 2 (Rest of Network) 4 Directional sites will have 2 separations Chicago, Cincinnati, Saint Louis, San Francisco ● Periodicals: L201 (FC Surface destinations) L009 (Rest of Network)

6 External Solution Containerize the separated mail ● Palletization required, if mailer has the capability and meets minimum volume requirements ● Alternate container, to be determined locally May include flat tubs
