11 Agent familiarisation tours  All ANZA attending educators and exhibitors are invited to offer pre- and post-workshop agent familiarisation (FAM) tours  Many options will be offered (10 in 2009), to a variety of destinations in both Australia & NZ  All approved FAM tours will be marketed by the Workshop organisers to all agents  Only ANZA attending educators and exhibitors are invited to host and meet with agents on ANZA FAM tours
