Acceptable vein? Arm scrub Labeling of blood bag Fun begins Needle stick Blood draw no long than 15 minutes Donation completed. 1 pint = 2 cups Prior to standing take a minute

SNACK TIME Hangout at least 10 min Drink plenty of fluids No exercise No heavy lifting Cold/flu symptoms? CALL. Feeling good? Good to go DONATE AGAIN
