Some renovation has already been implemented (window replacement and heating control in separate apartments) but not on the basis on particular technological plans or calculations elimination of thermal bridges and the summer sun protection, artificial heat recovery ventilation is a novelty in the respect of indoor air quality and physical reservation of the buildings; it has not been incorporated anywhere else. use of solar energy to generate electricity and produce hot water. average energy savings rate could be over 70%.

Replication potential 4 390 302 flats In Hungary (2011) 800 000 flats panel and other buildings built with industrial techniques number of residence 2 million 34 million flats and 100 million people in Eastern Europe there are about living in them a huge need for rehabilitation, particularly in terms of energy and environmental-technical aspects.
