13 Our Vision – Healthy Kansans living in safe and sustainable environments.13 BAR Permit Regulatory Timelines Regulatory timeline - 18 months after receipt of application –In accordance with Kansas Statute KSA 3008b(h)3 –Construction Permit application timeline begins when application is deemed complete –Operating Permit application must be submitted within 6 to 18 months prior to permit renewal date. Source may continue to operate if permit expires prior to renewal date
