I can help you figure it out! Maybe you know what you want to be – teacher, doctor, lawyer, accountant, etc. BUT how do you get there? I can help you with your Career Plan. How to go from 9 th grade to 12 th grade to college/career! How to pay for college, apply to college, etc! Come see me and I can help you figure it ALL OUT!

You have to take the ASVAB! Sign up in the Career Center The test will take place at LCHS October 27 th ! The test is FREE and will take approximately 3 hours. See me for more information and to sign up! Army, Navy, Marines, National Guard, Coast Guard and Air Force

This program is for current 10 th grade students Application process See Mrs. Poole for an application You will be interviewed by a panel of community members

Starts your Junior Year Go to CCCC 1 st block Mon, Wed, Friday – You take CCCC Welding courses. Tues, Thurs - work and train with Caterpillar Get paid $10 an hour on Tues/Thurs while working for Caterpillar. Earning high school credit, college credit AND getting paid while you are doing it – FANTASTIC!

Summer between 11 th and 12 th grade – you work at Caterpillar $11 an hour, 30 hours a week Senior year – spend 1 st and 2 nd blocks all year with the Caterpillar program. Get paid $12 Do well in the program, graduate with a Welding certificate = GOOD CHANCE OF FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT WITH CAT! CAT will pay for you to go to college when you become employed with their company!
