8 OK, where do we go from here?  Community awareness of the LSC role is key to our growth  Focus on becoming a ‘grassroots’ community organization  Website improvements will become essential to fulfill partnership obligations and LSC vision  Become financially self-sufficient

10 London Active 2010 – Partnership Agreement  City of London actual ‘owner’ of the grant  Wanted to ensure ‘red tape’ wouldn’t be an issue regarding related expenditures  Sub-contracted to London Sports Council to hire, manage, administer funds, pay invoices related to project

11 ROAD BLOCKS!  Initial management  Interim management  Absence of management  Numerous changes in ‘point person’  Currently…

15 Community Forum  Held in November  Held at Golf Course  Respected Speakers  Research was presented  FOOD!  Focus Groups  Questionnaires
