9. Club Quadrants receive grant ideas and projects. Group decides which projects warrant going forward. Grants Committee receives application and checks its eligibility (DGSC) Quadrant receives project approval and begins application to TRF. 11. Potential Programs Generating Interest Invite a guest from a Club that has a successful project completed. Partner with an organization in the community. Have the speaker present to your club. Invite a Grants committee member to give a meeting. Better yet, have your member who is trained give the program.

12. More Potential Programs Invite a scholar to present to the club. Put the Foundation in front of the club each week with a Foundation moment focusing on project and programs. Anything else????? Rotary “You Tube” videos.

13. Resources District Website- specific tab for Grants RI Website- Learning modules for Future Visions (e- learning). District Foundation Team- includes both the giving and program sides. Club members who are astute on the Foundation.

16. Authorization & Agreement Rotary District 7620 Grants Committee The club MOU is a legal document between the club and the district. By signing this agreement, the club president and president elect are authorizing it, which enters the club into a legal agreement with TRF to abide by all Rotary Foundation and Rotary International policies.
