Solutions Lack of confidence by some staff members:  In-house training  effective use of departmental planning sessions  reward system Lack of parental support:  Open Days  Increased partnering with PTA & LSB to provide training sessions for parents Safety of hardware: Sensitize students, parents, staff

Need for a dedicated support staff for proper supervision/ troubleshooting:  Timetable capable & willing personnel  Utilize resources of LSB/ Business community  Involve ICT Committee Increase in the duties/ responsibilities of all staff:  Encourage buy-in of ICT programme  Use ICT to reduce workload (use of internet in the creation of lesson plans etc.),  Explore benefits of ICT to assist in classroom management etc.

9. Misuse of technology by students:  Increase monitoring  Promote positive use by students with the introduction of incentives such as awards/prizes  Enforcement of disciplinary measures
