Education “The world’s greatest achievers have been those who have always stayed focused on their goals and have been consistent in their efforts.” ― Roopleen, Words to inspire the winner in YOURoopleenWords to inspire the winner in YOU “Do your best on the test to attain success!” It is testing time again which will mark the significant milestone of students and the teacher’s performance this school year 2014-2015. Why does it matter so much if students will pass the state test or not ? Does it make the difference when they face their future life and career? Do you think most of the successful men and women after 15 years or more would be those that perform well on the test? That is remain to be seen!!! However, we always encourage our students to do your best on the test and nothing less to attain success. Good luck, everyone!!! Nerisa Pampilo It was definitely a knowledge and research explosion for the 4 th and 5 th grade students to have done extremely well with their Community Critical Thinking Project presented during the High Tea for Education last May 14, 2015. We would like to acknowledge these credits to the dedication and guidance of Mrs. Tonya Hedgepeth for setting up a high expectations for the students to achieve in their class endeavors and also to Mr. Demetrius Green who also believe in the abilities of his students to perform well. Director Ginny Orvedahl came to talk about Halifax Library System: Services and Future Collaboration Activities! Kudos to AR 100 Point Club members for a successful live interview with Director Ginny Orvedahl, Director of Halifax Library System. We are looking forward for an interesting collaboration activities with Halifax public library in the forthcoming school year. We would like to recognize Mr. Chester Williams, parent leader for conducting a regular session on “Man Up” with our boys every Tuesday. Kudos to a job well done and thank you for your immeasurable efforts that you put forth in this endeavor. Students doing variety of games and sports during PBIS celebration.
