2. 2 The Programme is established for the period 2009-2013 to promote and strengthen economic cooperation, entrepreneurship and innovation development in the NB8 countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden.

6. 6 Applicants Individuals and groups representing: - SMEs, including one-man businesses, with special focus on creative and innovative industries, - structures related to these industries, such as business incubators at universities, colleges, institutions etc. - business organisations
