8. All About the SMS The SMS is the central management component that collects and organizes performance data across Scholastic programs. The SMS manages the data associated with a class, groups, or individual students using Scholastic programs. The SMS enables you to: Easily manage rosters and access database information. Customize Scholastic programs. Track performance and generate reports for students, classes, and groups.

14. Enrolling Students in SRI Set an Estimated Reading Level Enroll 2 or 3 students in SRI. Estimate each student’s reading level. Familiarize yourself with the tabs on the SMS main screen, and use them to arrange your students’ enrollment data.
