Progress Report Continuing to develop initial concept for BIM Execution Planning Process. Interview process underway. Content analysis performed on completed interviews. Developed initial BIM goals for BIM Execution Planning course for fall 2008, started today.

Decision Matrix Based on project characteristics: Product/Building Is the building MEP intensive? Organization Does the company have appropriate experience? Does the company have the appropriate tools? Process Is the project fast tracked? Is the project cost driven? Environment What are the local codes? What are the critical access points? Commitment/Contract What is the project delivery system? This information can also be used for a BIM project rating system.
