1. ESE Extended School Year (ESY) – ESE ESY FTE is reported in Surveys 1-4, but not for funding purposes. Funding for summer ESE programs comes generally from the Supplemental Academic Instruction (SAI) funds. 5. Record Keeping OJT Time Cards The 2007-08 FTE audit found numerous documentation problems with OJT. Problems included: 1.Missing time cards, 2.Time cards indicated student did not work during survey week, 3.Hours indicated on time cards did not match reported hours, and 4.Student was not in attendance during 11 day attendance window.
