Introduction CCI has a number of sites that serve many purposes, however, without increasing their traffic and public awareness they are useless. The Analytics group will produce a plan that will enable the sites to fulfill their purpose more effectively.

Goals 1. Find 5 different effective ways to generally increase traffic 2. Determine what sites need better SEO 3. Determine what each site needs individually. 4. Improve Site Traffic

Metrics 1. Goal one will be measured by the number of effective ways we find that will increase traffic 2. Goal two will be considered a success when all sites on the list have been ran through major search engines and their ranking recorded 3. Goal three will be considered a success when each site’s methods of marketing itself have been scrutinized. 1.SEO, social media, exchanging links, advertising 4. Success of Site Improvements will be measured with Google analytics

What’s Next Obtain list of websites from Ebe and Analytics Summary. Analyze Analytics Summary Examine each site and see how marketing/ SEO can be improved Make recommendations based upon findings. Implement Changes and Review
