Refer-A-Family Program Overview Power of word-of-mouth. Ambassadors refer friends, families and neighbors. Connect with Prospects. Refer-A-Family Program is simple and effective. Start-up cost and program design is done – opt-in and customize for YOUR school.

Ideas for Incentives Communicate an incentive to Ambassadors. Place each referral that results in a new student into a raffle. Hold a drawing at the close of the school year (or other predetermined time). Grand prize: one year FREE tuition. Offer $200 off tuition or cash back for each referral that results in a new student. Give every family that makes a referral a small gift. Order promotional items from the Print Portal (t-shirt, water bottle, tote bag, etc.).

Ideas for Follow-Up Phone, mail or e-mail referrals. Mark your calendars – contact them throughout the year. Catholic Schools Week events. Special school events. Enrollment and other deadlines. Keep in touch! Personal thank-you notes.
