Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport The first Time Scheduled Van Service Contract was awarded to SuperShuttle Arizona, Inc., on May 31, 1996 and expired on May 31, 2001. Five-year option not renewed because of the SuperShuttle transition to a Unit Franchise business model. RFP issued July 15, 2002. New contract commenced April 7, 2003 and expires April 7, 2008.

Enables the driver to share in the growth and potential of the company. Retained 70% of former employees. Currently have 75 CNG unit franchisees –Includes 3 ADA vans. –6 additional CNG vehicles reserved as loaners. Driver Turnover –Past 8 months: 18 –Preceding 8 months: 94 Waiting list of over 200 applicants. –12-15 are former employed drivers.

Average NET hourly wage increased from $8.57 per hour to $12.96 per hour. Exclusive of cash tips. Flexible work schedule. First and last trips of the day are scheduled close to home. Health Plan Options –COBRA- 18 months for former employee drivers –Discount Plan (choice of services)

Customer complaints have decreased in the past 8 months. The Aviation Department has not received any complaints regarding service since the transition. Wait times on the curb average 12 minutes since August 2003.
